RETURN POLICY
We are committed to provide our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days and we will either exchange it or give you a product refund (excluding any shipping fees). This return policy applies if item is returned in its original (new) condition and has not been used. Store Credit
Store credit will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges
One exchange per item is allowed. Each exchange thereafter will incur a restocking and/or shipping and handling fee of $12.00. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returned items for exchange or refund. MISSION PAWSABLE is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipping. We suggest that you insure the return item and request delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Custom Orders
